Yes, we offer free shipping across 48 contiguous states, with some exceptions for limited access areas like islands or rural regions.
How long does shipping take after placing an order?
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Arrival typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
What should I do upon receiving my order?
Ensure someone is present at the time of delivery. Inspect the package and count the boxes before signing the proof of delivery. Keep the original packaging for any potential returns.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes, items can be picked up during operational hours after ID confirmation. Please note that BathUSA is not responsible for any damages during pick-up.
Is there a sales tax applied to purchases?
Florida residents are subject to a 7% sales tax. The tax also applies to merchandise picked up from our Florida warehouse.
What is the return policy for undamaged items?
We accept returns for undamaged merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging. Note that some custom-made and clearance items are non-returnable.
