BathUSA accepts returns for uninstalled, undamaged, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product is in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. -
Payment Refunds:
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Payments made via “American Express” are final sales and non-refundable. -
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made products, special orders (e.g., James Martin Vanities), clearance items, and showroom samples are not eligible for returns or exchanges. -

Products must be returned in their original packaging. If returned without the original packaging, a 25% restocking fee may apply. -
