Start by measuring the width of the wall where your vanity will go. Don’t forget to account for any door swings, trim, or baseboards. If your bathroom door swings inward and toward the vanity wall, allow for at least 30 inches of clearance in front of the vanity.

  • Small bathrooms: 24″ to 36″ vanities fit best
  • Standard full baths: 36″ to 48″ vanities are most common
  • Large or master baths: 60″ and 72″ double vanities provide ample storage and comfort
